There’s even poutine on the menu, which a Canadian dish of Belgian fries topped with cheese curds and gravy. Try house-cranked sausages such as Bratwurst, Kielbasa, and Kasekrainer. Choose two toppings with choices including caramelized onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers, sauerkraut, or a sunny side up local egg.

Happy Times at Kardinal Hall
Kardinal Hall’s version of happy hour is called “Happy Times,” which are Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During the week, the specials are $1 off pints and $2 off liters of beer. For wine, you can get $1 off a glass or $5 off a bottle. You can also grab a jumbo pretzel for $6, which comes with house-made spicy mustard. Saturday and Sunday’s happy hour is geared more toward morning beverages such as a Bloody Mary, Prosecco Mimosa, or a glass of hot, mulled wine when it’s colder out.
